What is your background in telephony?
I've been in the telephony business for 20 years. I started in 1999, selling telephones for Bouygues, during the great storm, when the network was down...
I then moved to Orange, first as a salesman, then as network manager for the Atlantic coast.
I was then in charge of an Orange shop before finally launching my own business with a kiosk in the Leclerc centre, which was recently transformed into a shop in the shopping mall.

Why are you working with Tech Tablet?
There's more choice in the catalogue than elsewhere and the products are of consistent quality, so there are no nasty surprises. I like being able to order without delivery charges, whether it's 2 or 100 products.
What are your future projects?
I'd like to be able to free up some time to improve relations with suppliers and think about a new shop.
What advice would you give to someone just starting out?
My advice would be to start with a serious market study and to look around at potential suppliers and partners.
I also think you have to concentrate on what you're doing and not look too much at what others are doing.
