How do I return a faulty item?

If a product is faulty or has been damaged in transit, you can return it to us at the following address:

A credit note will be created after receipt of the product.

The return will be at your expense as the shipping costs are always offered regardless of the size of your order.

Ps: after-sales service takes 12 months.
