1 – Register on the website

The warranty Requires prior registration of the product by your customer. The deadline is 30 days from the date of purchase.

1.  Go to the address https://warranty.zanae.shop and click the «Create account» button» 
2.  Fill in the form and click the «Complete registration» button; ; 
3.  Log in to your account with the product purchase receipt and its packaging; ; 
4.  Save the Product by clicking the «Add a Product» button; ; 
5.  Please fill in the requested fields and provide a photo of the purchase receipt and the barcode from the packaging. 

2 – How to use my warranty? 

1.  Go to the address https://warranty.zanae.shop and log in using their email and password 
2.  Click on «support request» 
3.  In the dropdown list, choose your product registered in the previous step
4.  Fill in the form and provide a photo of the product showing the defect related to wear and tear. .
