It may exceptionally happen that a product from your order cannot be dispatched. 
 
In this rare, fortunate case, the remainder will be noted on the delivery note with the expected restocking date. As soon as the product is back in stock, it will be dispatched with your next order.
To track a residual balance, simply go to the «My Residual Balances» tab on your «My Account» page.
