How do credit notes work?

When is a credit note created?

When you return products ( sav or ordering error ), we will create a credit note within 15 days of receiving the products. This credit note is then visible in your customer area in the credit note section:

How am I reimbursed?

Each time a credit note is created, your account is automatically credited. This shop credit appears in the credit note section and is automatically deducted from your next order.
